Hey guys! Thanks for visiting my new healthy living blog. For those that have come here from my old blog, “HealthGirlTV,” thanks for sticking with me. For new visitors, welcome! I hope you enjoy the site. I write about nutrition, “Farm to Plate” style recipes, and throw in some fitness for good measure.
Oh, and sometimes I take pictures of me and my son wearing pumpkin hats in the dollar section of Target…FYI. Check out my “About” page for more info.
